John Dermody serves as Chief Architecture Officer, leading the design of the governance architecture and AI accountability systems that form the backbone of the FuzeBox platform.
John is responsible for the technical architecture that enables the Transformation Index, AI Accounting system, and measurement infrastructure. His work ensures that every AI initiative can be measured, governed, and held accountable to enterprise standards.
His architecture philosophy is rooted in the principle that AI capability deployed before governance and measurement infrastructure exists creates AI Theater — potential without outcomes.
