Vertical Apps
AI-first software built for specific industries — each addressing a vertical-specific coordination problem with the same orchestration methodology and measurement infrastructure.
Event Pulse — Sports & Live Events
Event Pulse is an AI-first operating system for live sports events. It orchestrates the full lifecycle: pre-event planning and resource allocation, real-time engagement intelligence during the event, and post-event value realization analysis. Deployed at the SEAT Conference, F1 events, and on the road to LA28, Event Pulse turns every touchpoint — ticketing, concessions, seating, fan engagement — into a measured data point that feeds back into the next event's planning cycle. The platform runs on the same AI Accounting system as the enterprise blueprints, so every event produces a UoP figure that sponsors and operators can evaluate.
- Full lifecycle: pre-event planning → real-time engagement → post-event analysis
- Deployed at SEAT Conference, F1, and LA28 pathway events
- Every touchpoint instrumented — ticketing, concessions, seating, fan engagement
- UoP produced per event — sponsors and operators get financial-grade measurement
Event Pulse — Conferences & Meetings
The conference edition applies the same lifecycle orchestration to business events: attendee engagement intelligence, session scheduling optimization, and content distribution across the full conference lifecycle. The system learns across events — attendee behavior from one conference informs the next event's scheduling, content recommendations, and engagement strategy. Cross-event compounding is the differentiator: most conference platforms reset to zero each year. Event Pulse carries intelligence forward.
- Attendee engagement intelligence across the full conference lifecycle
- Session scheduling and content distribution optimization
- Cross-event learning — intelligence compounds across conferences, not resets
- Same AI Accounting measurement as enterprise blueprints
VIP Play — Fan Engagement on a Public Vehicle
VIP Play brings the FuzeBox orchestration methodology to sports fan engagement and responsible gaming — on a public-market vehicle. The platform provides lifecycle intelligence for sports franchises: fan acquisition, engagement value, retention risk, and expansion revenue, all measured with the same UoP standard. Responsible gaming controls are built into the platform architecture, not added as compliance overlays. As a public company, VIP Play provides liquidity pathways for the broader FuzeBox portfolio and gives investors transparent visibility into AI-driven fan engagement economics.
- Fan lifecycle intelligence: acquisition, engagement value, retention, expansion
- Responsible gaming controls built into the architecture — not bolted on
- Public-market vehicle — transparent financials and liquidity for portfolio
- UoP measurement applied to fan engagement — same standard as enterprise
Loop — Distribution Intelligence
Loop connects physical venues to digital distribution channels. Every event touchpoint — a fan at a stadium, an attendee at a conference, a customer at a retail location — becomes a distribution node. Loop orchestrates content syndication across these nodes, optimizing what content reaches which audience through which channel, and measuring the engagement value of each distribution path. The system learns across venues and events, compounding its distribution intelligence over time so that each new venue benefits from every prior deployment.
- Physical venues become digital distribution nodes
- Content syndication optimized per audience, per channel, per touchpoint
- Engagement value measured per distribution path
- Cross-venue learning compounds — each new venue benefits from all prior deployments
How Vertical Apps Connect to the Platform
Every vertical app runs on the same underlying platform: the Transformation Index for maturity assessment, AI Accounting for UoP measurement, and the governance architecture for audit and access control. This means a sports franchise using VIP Play and a conference organizer using Event Pulse are both producing UoP figures that can be compared, aggregated, and benchmarked. The shared platform is what makes the portfolio a compounding system rather than a collection of disconnected products.
- All vertical apps run on the same platform: Index + AI Accounting + Governance
- UoP figures are comparable across verticals — sports, conferences, distribution
- Shared measurement standard enables portfolio-level benchmarking
- Platform updates benefit all vertical apps simultaneously
The Vertical App Pipeline
New vertical apps are identified through the same methodology that created the current portfolio: find a vertical where 30–50% of effort is coordination overhead, where no existing solution addresses the structural problem, and where the FuzeBox orchestration methodology can be applied directly. The pipeline evaluates candidates against these criteria, builds a proof-of-concept with AI Accounting from day one, and only graduates an app to production when the UoP projection clears a documented threshold. Apps that do not clear the threshold are killed — not nursed.
- Identification: vertical with 30–50% coordination overhead and no structural solution
- Proof-of-concept with AI Accounting from day one — measurement is not optional
- Production only when UoP projection clears a documented threshold
- Apps that fail the threshold are killed — not nursed indefinitely
