Les Ottolenghi leads FuzeBox AI with a career defined by delivering measurable enterprise value through technology transformation. As CEO, he is responsible for the company vision of an intelligence operating system that converts AI activity into realized P&L impact.
Prior to founding FuzeBox AI, Les led cloud migration and loyalty intelligence initiatives at Caesars Entertainment, one of the largest enterprise deployments of its kind. His operational methodology — built on governance, measurement infrastructure, and accountability — has driven documented EBITDA impact across Fortune 200 organizations.
Les holds executive education from Kellogg and brings a practitioner perspective to the AI value realization gap: that capability without governance is theater, and that most pilots never graduate into production because the organizational infrastructure was never built.
